Suffolk County Asian American Advisory Board 4th Annual APA Heritage Month Celebration

Join SCAAAB for its Fourth Annual Asian Pacific American Heritage Month Celebration: One World, Many Cultures. This celebration promotes cultural awareness of the Asian Pacific American communities and celebrate the diversity of Long Island’s population, and is held at Stony Brook University’s Charles B. Wang Center.
Featured are a multicultural booth display, arts and crafts, costumes, dance, featured presentations, photo exhibit, tea ceremony, vendor and corporate displays and workshops. There are multicultural dance and musical performance, open theater, Presentation of Awards for Distinguished Asian Americans individuals and Awarding Ceremonies for the Social Harmony contest.
Tickets are sold online and at the theater entrance. Tickets for the featured performance are first come, first served. Please reserve online at www.scaaab.org.

Join AABANY and KALAGNY at 33rd Annual AAPI Heritage Festival
AABANY and KALAGNY have once again teamed up to take a table at the Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Festival. This year is the 33rd annual, and it takes place at DUMBO in Brooklyn on Saturday, May 12, from 11 am to 5 pm. Come out and join us to celebrate APA Heritage Month with performances, food, and cultural and community groups. It’s family friendly so bring the kids, invite your friends – the more, the merrier.
