Notice to Bar – Re: expansion of mandatory E-Filing in Suffolk County Supreme Court
On behalf of Jeffrey Carucci, Statewide Coordinator for E-Filing, attached please find a copy of a notice to the bar from Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence K. Marks relating to the expansion of Mandatory E-Filing in Suffolk County Supreme Court.
This notice also has been posted on the Unified Court System’s website at: http://nycourts.gov/rules/efiling/ for the purpose of collecting public comments.
The Office of Court Administration is seeking comment from interested members of the legal profession and the public concerning proposals for new mandatory programs of electronic filing.
