On Nov. 17, Morrison and Foerster graciously hosted our AABANY Leadership Panel: What It Takes to Serve on Our Board event. During an intimate roundtable dinner discussion, board members described their roles and outlined the responsibilities their successors would have to take on. President Susan Shin and Executive Director Yang Chen also shared their personal journeys to becoming AABANY’s commander-in-chief at one point in time.
The event covered the strategic and working demands of running the largest minority bar association in New York and the largest affiliate of NAPABA (the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association).
