On Thursday, Nov. 29, at the 31st Annual Rivers, Toney and Watson Dinner and Dance, organized by the Judicial Friends, the Hon. Randall T. Eng, Presiding Justice, Appellate Division, Second Department, and Chanwoo Lee, former President, Queens County Bar Association, were among the honorees. They were in distinguished company, which included the Hon. Carmen Beauchamps Ciparick, Court of Appeals, the Hon. Karen Peters, Presiding Justice, Appellate Division, Third Department, and Loretta Lynch, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.
