On November 12, 2015, “What? No More HUD-1? What You Need to Know About The New Closing Disclosure Form, “ a CLE sponsored by AABANY Real Estate and Solo & Small Firm Practice Committees, Bank of America Home Loans, AREAA-New York East, First Nationwide Title Agency, LLC, and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, was held with over 40 attorneys and realtors in attendance at the Bank of America Home Loans Center. Susan Pelham, Vice President of Compliance and Training of Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, presented on the important changes that all have been implemented since October 1, 2015.
