The Hon. Denny Chin, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, received the Outstanding Citizen Achievement Award along with the Hon. Grace Meng, United States House of Representatives (D-NY) at the OCA National Convention held in Jersey City, New Jersey from July 21-24. The award was presented at the gala held on Saturday evening.
