Know Your Rights: ICE Home Raids and Community Arrests
IDP [Immigrant Defense Project], with the support of community organizations and attorneys throughout the New York metropolitan area, has been monitoring and gathering stories on ICE arrests at homes, courthouses, and shelters since April 2013.
In January 2016, IDP released materials to educate community members and advocates about how to protect their rights should ICE try to arrest them at home, on the street, or at the courthouse. IDP developed these materials with legal support from the Center for Constitutional Rights.
