On Wednesday Nov 15, 2017, AABANY’s IP Committee hosted a CLE workshop entitled “IP Prosecution 101″ on how to file trademarks, copyright, and design patent applications in the U.S.  We had experts Karen Lim on trademarks,  Stephanie Spangler on copyright, and Eric Lin on design patents. It was a great learning opportunity for IP practitioners who have not focused on another area of IP and for people who are new to IP. AABANY members received 1 CLE credit for free in the area of skills.
