On Friday, December 15, AABANY held its holiday party once again at Dave & Buster’s in Times Square. More than 100 members registered, and some brought along their families and friends for a night of food, drinks and games. The first 50 members to arrive got Power Cards preloaded with points. Guests enjoyed unlimited play on games that were color coded blue, while games coded in green or yellow took points off the cards. However, those games allowed players to accumulate points towards prizes that they could win from the Dave & Buster’s shop in the game area.

Our holiday partygoers filled up the Empire Room where they could gather to munch on quesadillas, wings, sliders and pigs in a blanket. Soft drinks were free. Cash bar was available. We had the room for two hours, from 6:30 to 8:30. Although some people visited the game area during that period, most people made their way there after 8:30, with many staying another hour or two shooting up aliens, driving through Gotham City or enjoying the many gaming options that were available.
