On June 3, AABANY participated yet again in the Caren Aronowitz Unity in Diversity Fair at the Rotunda on 60 Centre Street. Once again, the event featured the very loud and uplifting performance by the New York State Court System’s Bagpipe and Drum Band. The event was presented by the Cultural Diversity Committee and the Gender Fairness Committee of the Supreme Court, Civil Branch, New York County, and the New York County Clerk’s office.

Sharing a table with KALAGNY manned by Eve Guillergan and Bridgette Ahn, our station continued to be as popular as in previous years. The food went so quickly. This year, AABANY ordered from Nam Cafe on Baxter Street. AABANY’s table was manned by AABANY Issues Committee Co-Chair Chris Kwok, our new friend Claudia, Executive Director Yang Chen, and Program Associate Simone Nguyen.
