On March 18, 2013, the Women’s Committee held a kickoff meeting and welcome dinner at Congee Village.  Approximately twenty members – both returning familiar faces and several new faces to AABANY or the Women’s Committee – attended and connected with each other over a family-style dinner.  Yang Chen, AABANY’s Executive Director, Jane Chuang, Treasurer, and James Yu, Vice President of Programs and Operations, were also in attendance. At the meeting, Vinny Lee and Naf Kwun, Co-Chairs of the Women’s Committee, introduced upcoming programs, including the Women-In-Law-Connect Networking Mixer that will take place on March 28, 2013. Vinny and Naf also introduced the Committee’s new Public Relations Co-Chairs, Bindu Nair and Connie Yik Kong.   Beginning with the great turnout at the kickoff meeting and dinner, the entire Women’s Committee team looks forward to a great year of programs for its members!  For more information about upcoming events or if you are interested in being a part of the Women’ Committee please contact [email protected].
