On Tuesday, February 13, at the Annual Meeting of Members, the Program of the Year Award was presented to the Pro Bono Clinic. Held every second Wednesday of the month since December 2017, the clinic currently takes place at the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Confucius Plaza in Chinatown. Hundreds of clients from the surrounding community and tri-state area have been seen and assisted by dozens of volunteers over the past two-plus years. The clinic is run by the Pro Bono & Community Service Committee. Accepting the award is Pauline Yeung-Ha, Co-Chair of that committee. Congratulations to the Pro Bono & Community Service Committee for the well-deserved recognition, and thank you to the committee and the many volunteers for making the Pro Bono Clinic such a success and useful community resource.
