On Tuesday, September 25, 2012, AABANY members gathered at King and Spalding for Part Two of the Women’s Committee Soft Skills Workshop series, entitled “Mindset for Success."  Paramjit Mahli, an executive coach from The Rainmakers Roundtable, gave insightful advice on taking risks, managing time, and developing new habits to achieve success.  The attendees enjoyed an engaging discussion afterward and shared workplace experiences.  Special thanks to King and Spalding for hosting the event.
