On December 10, the Young Lawyer Committee organized a group holiday dinner at Shanghai Heping restaurant in Chinatown. They had soup dumplings, boneless crispy duck, Shanghai fried rice, West Lake beef soup, and many other dishes. They also later went on a dessert tasting at the new Taiyaki Japanese ice cream place. The young lawyers that came out represented diverse organizations ranging from small to big law firms, government agencies, and various companies. Overall, it was an exciting and enjoyable dinner to bond together and make new friends. The Young Lawyers Committee hopes to continue planning similar events more often, so please look for upcoming events hosted by the Young Lawyers Committee.
