On Saturday, August 25, AABANY’s Annual Picnic took place at the Pool Lawn, in the north end of Central Park, by the West 100th Street entrance. It was a beautiful and peaceful sunny day for a picnic, and many AABANY members, with family and friends in tow, got to meet and mingle with each other over banh mi sandwiches and dumplings. Among the AABANY leaders present were Vice President of Programs and Operations Charles Chen, Board Director Terry Shen and Executive Director Yang Chen. Also present were Labor & Employment Law Committee Co-Chair Joane Wong, IP Committee Co-Chair Jeffrey Mok and Government Service & Public Interest Committee Co-Chair Beatrice Leong. Thanks to the Young Lawyers Committee and Litigation Committee for organizing the event, and thanks to their co-chairs, Dave Choi and James Lee (Litigation) and Ona Lu (Young Lawyers) for joining us at the picnic.
