James Thanasules, Chief NYS Counsel at Amtrust Title Insurance Company, discussed the latest FINCEN US Regulations and its application to the larger real estate purchases in the metropolitan area. Margaret Ling, AABANY’s Co-Chair of both the Real Estate and the Asia Practice Committees, addressed the due diligence required when attorneys represent a foreign real estate investor.
