On February 24, AABANY’s Real Estate Committee and Solo and Small Firm Practice Committee, in co-sponsorship with AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of American) – New York East Chapter and Chase Bank, presented a CLE program entitled “New Construction and Renovations-The Process: Legal, Financing,Title and Muni Approvals” at Mudan Banquet Hall in Flushing, Queens.

Among the panelists were AABANY member Robert B. Moy, Esq.,
Partner, Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP, and Margaret Ling, Co-Chair of the Real Estate Committee and Senior Underwriting Counsel, Skyline TRG Title Agency.

More than 120 people registered for this program, which included a delicious buffet dinner and a lion dance after the conclusion of the panel’s presentation, in celebration of the Lunar New Year. AABANY members received 1.0 CLE credits in Professional Practice for free.
