The New York City Comptroller’s Annual Investment Manager Conference: The Value of Diversity

The Conference offers investment managers an opportunity to meet with staff of the New York City Comptroller’s Office, Bureau of Asset Management (BAM) and program partners to learn about:

• The Current State of the NYC Retirement Systems (NYCRS)
• Manager Selection
• Initiatives to Promote Diverse Investment Management

This year’s event theme is “The Value of Diversity,” and the conference will highlight continuing and new frameworks to seek and promote diversity in investment decision-making that can improve performance and mitigate risk.  Attendees should expect to gain a greater understanding of NYCRS’ current portfolio, target allocations, investment criteria and manager selection processes.
