Congratulations to Sylvia Chin and Vincent Chang! On June 14, 2016 the NYCLA Asian Practice Committee partnered with AABANY and held a successful networking reception in honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.  Margaret Ling and Yao Fu Bailey who are the Co-Chairs of the NYCLA Asian Practice Committee moderated the event. Margaret, a former AABANY Board Director is also the current Co-Chair of the AABANY Real Estate Committee and the AABANY Asia Practice Committee.  An important part of the event was the awarding of the NYCLA Certificate of Recognition to AABANY’s Sylvia Fung Chin and Vincent Chang.  Margaret Ling praised these NYCLA and AABANY leaders for their dedication and commitment to both the legal profession and to the Asian Community. The event was attended by over 50 attorneys including Glenn Lau-Kee, the first Asian American president of the New York State Bar Association President and former AABANY President.
