On October 19, 2016, the AABANY Real Estate and Asia Practice Committee and Chase Bank hosted a Fall Networking Event entitled Tracking the NYC Skyline and the Latest Real Estate Developments. Over 60 attorneys and real estate professionals attended.  The speakers included:

• Livia Corredor, Esq., Director of Legal Affairs, Forest City Ratner Companies, LLP; 
• Christina Ying, Esq., Partner, Herrick Feinstein, LLP; 
• Richard Warshauer, Senior Managing Director, Colliers International. 

Margaret Ling, Co-Chair of the AABANY Real Estate and Asia Practice Committees moderated the panel. They covered the Barclays and Pacific Park Projects, the RKO Keith’s Acquisition and Development Project in Flushing, and the latest Manhattan real estate development trends.
