Prospective Partners Program

Applications for the Prospective Partners Program (PPP) are due soon! We invite candidate applications and nominations to participate in PPP sessions, which will be taking place at the 2017 NAPABA Convention.
PPP aims to increase the number of Asian Pacific American partners at major law firms through introduction, mentorship, and relationship building. Between 2010 and 2017, 78 percent of PPP participants have been promoted to partner or moved to senior in-house positions—82 percent of them within two years of participation!
