On Thursday, July 17, AABANY and Bank of America Home Loans co-sponsored at the US Trust Building in Manhattan a Career Panel on Powerful Real Estate Professionals. The panel for the event included Mary Frank, VP Bank of America Home Loans Manager; Raymond Ferrier, Partner at Vanchieri & Ferrier, Kathy; Michael Myer, President of F & T Group; Katie Kao, Realtor for Keller Williams Realty; and Margaret Ling, Sr. Underwriting Counsel for Great American Title Agency, Inc.

The panel discussed various topics regarding the real estate market and the real estate profession, such as the advantages and disadvantages of obtaining mortgages in this economy and how international clientele has changed the landscape of the real estate market. The panel ended the discussions on the importance of networking and marketing oneself to the legal and real estate industry.
