From the NY Immigration Coalition:

On October 5th, in more than sixty cities across the country, folks who are tired of Congress’s obstructions and delays are coming together to demand action on immigration reform.

We need members from community based and social services organizations to join us on October 5th here in New York City. New Yorkers for Real Immigration Reform, a campaign coordinated by the New York Immigration Coalition, is leading a march for immigrant dignity and respect, to raise our voices and let Congress know that we’ll stand for nothing less than immigration reform with a path to citizenship for the eleven million undocumented Americans, and for the country as a whole. It is the right thing to do, the smart thing to do, and long overdue. No more delays!
