For APA Heritage Month, CUNY TV is featuring AABANY member Helen Wan’s new book, The Partner Track, about Helen’s ascent as a woman of color in a major law firm. AABANY Executive Director Yang Chen, AABANY President Clara Ohr, and Ona Wang comment on the issues raised in Helen’s novel, such as the “bamboo ceiling” and what it means to succeed as an Asian American in the legal profession.
